Women's Health and Cancer Act of 1998

In 1998 the Federal Breast Reconstruction Law was passed.  Also known as the Women's Health and Cancer Act of 1998.  This law provides for coverage, in some circumstances, of reconstruction of breasts after a mastectomy.
