Areola and Nipple Size after Revision

If a revision surgery is, in essence, doing the entire breast reduction over again will the nipple/areola complex be made smaller still because of the additional cutting and suturing?

The nipple/ areola complex size does not need to be changed with the second surgery unless it would be an aesthetic improvement.
