Tubular or Tuberous Breasts

The breasts are not round, but narrow from the top to bottom resembling a tube shape. The skin is tight, especially below the nipple area. Often, the areolae are puffy and protrude making the breasts look abnormal. This can be corrected by surgery. This would involve releasing the tight breast tissues, making adequate pocket space for implant placement, which would round out the lower breast and correct the protruding areolae.
